(For example, if you are hired in our Saturday program, you must be available for seven consecutive Saturdays).  Staff training will occur in early-December 2023. Candidates must attend all December staff training days for their category (2 or 3 days, depending on teaching experience).  All Rod Roy instructors must wear the approved school jacket and pants.

Successful candidates will receive a staff pass.  This pass allows you complimentary or discounted lift ticket rates at some of our affiliated centres including:  les Sommets, Mont Blanc and Mont Sutton.  The pass will also get you equipment deals at local sport stores and distributors.

Joining the Rod Roy team is an opportunity to learn and improve your own skiing or boarding, gain valuable teaching/communication experience while at the same time socializing with other instructors.
